The Southwest Chapter of ASSP is beginning the annual Chapter Officer Elections Process.

The electronic ballot for Chapter Officers will be available beginning March 30th and the elections will close on April 30th.

Biography

Montral Walker career started accidentally when he discovered his major in occupational health and safety during his last semester of graduate school. His career journey took him from an entry-level role in the oilfields of Southeastern New Mexico to leading a business unit with a talented team of EHS leaders across multiple regions and facilities.

We are looking for our next Southwest Chapter SPY!!!

The ASSP Chapter SPY (Safety Professional of the Year) Award is an honor acknowledging the dedication and outstanding contributions of a member to a specific Chapter. To be eligible nominees must:

1. Be a Professional Member, Member, or International Member in good standing of the Southwest Chapter and Society.
2. Not have received this award within the past five (5) years.
3. Be engaged in full-time employment in the profession of protecting people, property, and the environment.
